Jessica was very prompt in contacting us and setting up an initial appointment. They were flexible with times and were willing to accommodate our schedules. Josh came to our house for the initial appointment, took preliminary measurements and discussed our shutter options. He was very knowledgeable and candid when discussing our options, which I feel helped us make the best decisions. We were getting new windows installed, so Josh came back after the installation and took final measurements. The shutters took 5 weeks from that point to be manufactured and shipped. As soon as the shutters were ready, they scheduled the installation on a day that worked for us. The installation took about 3 hours, and they were very clean, precise and professional. We are very happy with the shutters and our overall experience with Interior Style Designs, and I would definitely hire them again.

After leaving a message for an estimate, we promptly received a return call to set up an appointment. Josh was right on time for the time set, and brought many examples of what we thought we wanted. After looking though several books, and discussing what we envisioned, Josh brought out more samples, and we ended up choosing something from that. Josh said they would be delivered in approximately two to three weeks, but it was closer to the two week time frame. There was a slight delay in the installation due to a family illness, but as a parent of two young boys myself, I appreciate them not wanting to bring the illness into our home. Josh was right on time for the installation appointment, and stayed until he thought that everything was perfect. He saw some things that I would never had noticed, and made sure to make things right before he was complete. I will definitely be calling them again the next time we need window treatments.

The cost was about what we expected, due to motorization on 4 shades.
