We have done two projects with Continental Design in Green Valley, Az. We are snow birds and live in northwest Montana. Each project has been done with us in Montana and then showing up in Az. We of course sat down with Jacki prior to these changes and agreed on what we wanted. She then took over the remodel with construction, floor covering, cabinetry, color co-ordination, furniture acquisition, window treatments and matching bedding. She liasoned with all subs which she acquired. We have done a similar project here in Montana I can say that the experience was 180 degrees different. Jacki was reliable, on time , within limits on her estimates and we were very pleased with the result. She kept in touch with us as the project progressed. We have built up a level of trust with her and actually have not even seen the master bath redo which took place this summer while we have been in Montana. We have seen pictures over the internet. We hired Jacki on three separate occasions in the renovation of our house in Green Valley. The first renovation included changing all of our flooring , painting throughout, and a complete remodeling of our master bathroom as well as all window treatments. This work was done while we were in Canada. We had made all of the decisions before leaving Green Valley and obviously Jacki had a great part in our decision process. She has many very good ideas and works with her clients so that they get what they want. Jacki sent us pictures periodically so that we could see the progress. We were very pleased with everything . The price that was quoted is the price we paid.
The second renovation was the remodeling of our guest bathroom. Again , we were very pleased with all of the work. Jacki has some very good people working with her.
The third project was 3 months ago. We added a fireplace to our living room. The work was done while we were there and Jacki was there often to check on the work. It turned out really well and has made our whole living space much nicer.
We are not new to renovations. We have done many in Canada, where none have gone smoothly and the price quoted was never the same as what we paid.
I have complete confidence in Jacki's ability. I highly recommend her.

Now that Jim and I are settled back in our Green Valley home, I want to take a minute to tell you how pleased we are with the remodeling.
When Jim and I moved to Green Valley, we knew there was much we wanted to do to the house to make it our own. We planned to redo the kitchen and both baths, change all flooring and repaint throughout the house. Initially we were sure we could select materials and manage all of the work these changes entailed on our own. I am so glad we decided instead to work with you.
I thought I knew what changes and general styles I had in mind for the house. However, your expertise and assistance in selecting the final styles, cabinetry, wood and tile flooring, granite for the counter tops, accents etc. provided a much better finished product than we could have come up with on our own. In addition, your selection and management of the craftsmen who performed the work was excellent. Each team was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with.
Finally, when you assured us that the work would be completed in the time originally agreed to we were told by many that this would never happen. Projects of this scale are “never completed on time”. How wrong they were, much to our delight.
Jacki, your knowledge, professionalism and hard work were invaluable to us in the remodeling of our Green Valley home. Please accept our sincere thanks for a job well done.
